1. Shipping Partners & Fulfillment
Setterox has partnered with reliable logistics companies to ensure secure and timely delivery of all products. We are committed to delivering your purchase without fail and keeping you informed at every step.
2. Shipping Charges

Standard Domestic Shipping (within UAE):

Orders up to AED 999 will be charged AED 35 as a shipping fee.

Orders above AED 999 qualify for free shipping, unless remote areas.

Remote Area Deliveries:
Deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas may incur additional charges based on location accessibility. The logistics team will communicate this before the shipment is dispatched. -
Urgent or Same-Day Delivery Requests:
If you require immediate or expedited delivery, please contact our logistics team. These requests will be charged separately based on your location and urgency. The delivery will be handled either by Setterox’s in-house logistics or our third-party partners. -
International Shipping (Within GCC):
Shipping Rates are calculated based on the International shipping partners' shipping rates, which will be based on the volumetric weight and size of the packages. -
Real-Time Tracking (International Shipments):
The international shipment would be in a manner that can be tracked in real-time. -
Customs Clearance: In order for the international shipping that needs to be delivered, we can manage the shipment; however, the customs clearance will be on the receiving customer, as per the country of destination.
3. Delivery Timeline

All in-stock items will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.

4. Shipment Damage / DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If the product arrives damaged or in a non-functional (DOA) condition:

5. Warranty & Service Pickup Policy
- The manufacturer's Warranty is provided for the machine brought to base, i.e., Setterox home base.

Pickup and return shipping costs for warranty/service will be borne by the customer and must be paid in advance to initiate return to base service.
