Setterox Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Setterox. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our Return and Refund policy below.

1. Returns

We offer returns on products under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 24-48 hours of receiving your goods. After this period, we may not be able to accept returns.

  • Condition: The product must be in its original packaging and unused. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in the condition they were received will not be eligible for return.

  • Exclusions: Custom or personalized items and consumables such as filaments, resins, and any open packaging products are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued based on the condition of the returned product. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fees: We may charge a restocking fee for certain items, which will be deducted from your refund, in the case that the consumables from the original invoice are opened.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at sales@setterox.com and logistics@setterox.com. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

5. Warranty

Setterox provides a manufacturer's warranty on all products sold. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and not to damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Warranty Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the product must be returned to our base, and shipping fees for warranty-related returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Covered Items: Products covered under warranty may be repaired, replaced, or refunded based on the manufacturer's terms.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Orders below AED 999 will incur a shipping charge of AED 35. Orders over AED 999 qualify for free shipping within the UAE, and to easily accessible locations.

  • Remote Areas: An additional charge may apply for deliveries to remote areas.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact our logistics team for details on applicable fees.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., filaments, resins)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

8. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at sales@setterox.com and logistics@setterox.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please do not send your item back until you have received approval.
