Thank you for choosing Setterox- Your 3D printing destination. By continuing with your purchase or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Product Warranty: All products sold by Setterox are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims will be processed once the product is returned to our base. Shipping costs for warranty-related returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
   

2. Payment Terms: Payment for all orders must be completed as per the agreed terms. In case of a pending payment, the order will not be processed until the payment is received in full.
   

3. Shipping Policy:
   

• Purchases below AED 999/- will incur a shipping charge of AED 35/-.

• Purchases above AED 999/- qualify for free shipping within the UAE and are easily accessible.

• For remote area, deliveries will incur an additional charge.

• Delivery timelines are typically 2-3 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee.
  

4. Returns and Refunds:
   

• In the case of defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately at sales@setterox.com and logistics@setterox.com.

• Refunds will be processed based on the condition of the returned products.

• All returns must be initiated within 24-48 hours of receipt of goods, and in original packing condition.
  

5. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. All personal information provided to Setterox will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
   

6. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order, including shipping address, contact details, and payment information.
   

7. Limitation of Liability: Setterox is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
