Panchroma™ CoPE Filament : High-Speed Copolyester-Based Filament for Next-Gen 3D Printing

Panchroma™ CoPE is based on a new innovative formula which we developed to improve printability (bridging, overhang), widen the printing temperature window and increase the printing speed up to 400mm/s.

Panchroma™ CoPE (formerly Panchroma™ Regular) is an experimental, copolyester-based 3D printing filament engineered for speed, strength, and exceptional printability. Unlike PLA, CoPE is designed for demanding prints with superior overhang performance, high bridging quality, and fast print speeds of up to 400mm/s—all while maintaining print settings similar to PLA.

Important Usage Notes:

Build Plate Adhesion:
CoPE sticks too well to textured PEI plates, which may cause damage during part removal. Use Magigoo Original or Vision Miner Nano to reduce adhesion. Not recommended for use on textured PEI without an adhesive agent.
Material Compatibility:
CoPE does not adhere well to PLA, and should not be combined with Panchroma™ PLA or other Panchroma™ effects in a single print. It should only be used alongside other CoPE spools.
Sanding Difficulty:
Similar to PLA—not easy to sand. For smoother finishes, consider using CosPLA instead.
Food Safety:
Not certified as food-safe. Like most 3D printing materials, CoPE does not hold FDA approval for direct food contact due to complex certification requirements involving the final object, environment, and process.
VOC Emissions:
Based on early testing, VOC output is comparable to PLA, but proper ventilation is always recommended.
Recyclability:
While spools are biodegradable, the CoPE filament itself currently has no established recycling method.
Refills:
At this time, refill spools are not available.
