Throughout the AMS-to-nozzle path, 15 strategic sensors form an intelligent network, continuously tracking five key parameters: feeding velocity, tension, filament tip location, extruder thermal environment, and dynamic extrusion pressure. This establishes an industry-leading filament behavior control system.
